View Retrieval Progress

To view retrieval progress you must be in the Tree view. In Tree mode, click the View Retrieval Progress tab to see job activity. If there were errors in the job, an error log is published to the current working directory.

To save retrieval job results:

1.Click View History to see a view of the full job history.
2.Click Save. The Save Output File As window appears.
3.Select an output location, enter a filename, and then click Save.

Most of the display for the View Retrieval Progress tab is text showing the progression of the retrieval job. The following describes other window elements.

Element

Description

Status

The status of the job. The status can be either Restoring files or Retrieve completed.

Files Completed

Displayed as <###> of <###>, to show the number of files retrieved out of the total number of files.

Bytes Completed

Displayed as <###><KB/MB/GB> of <###><KB/MB/GB>, to show the number of bytes retrieved out of the total number of files.

Time Elapsed

Displayed as <hh:mm:ss>, to show process time of the job.

View History

This button is inactive until the job is complete. Click to display the history of the job.

Save

This button is activated after View History is selected. Define an output location for the file using the Save Output File as dialog box.
