The Select Files to Retrieve tab displays all of the files that Search and Retrieve has found that match your search parameters. All eligible files matching the search criteria, including original data paths, are presented in a file tree format in the center portion of the window. Any folders currently engaged in other Phoenix VCM jobs are grayed out.
Open the file tree, and then select the folders and files that you want to retrieve. You can select single or multiple files. See also Target and Process Policies Files Tab for more information on how to select files.
The bottom of the window displays information about the files you have selected, including total number of files and folders, size of all files selected, and the amount of disk space required for retrieved files and metadata.
