Avid Media Composer

SoleraTec's Phoenix VCM has the ability to ingest a single file or multiple files in a queue directly from Avid Media Composer. This feature takes advantage of Avid's "Send To" custom template. After some simple setup, you can select an item in a Media Composer Bin and choose to send that item directly to Phoenix VCM.

For ingesting files from Avid Media Composer, choose from:

McSendToPhoenix - Allows you to ingest a single file at a time directly from Avid Media Composer. Target and Process will launch automatically to ingest the file.

McQueueToPhoenix - Allows you to ingest multiple files that have been sent to a queue from Avid Media Composer. You can send as many files as you like to this queue and they will be processed the next time you open Target and Process from your suite of Phoenix VCM applications.
